Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact; bikes must be repacked securely in their original shipping crate.

Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
