Since our high-performance touring bikes are often built to order, lead times typically range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the specific model and component availability.

Yes, we provide secure, insured shipping for our bicycles and accessories throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
What kind of warranty is provided on Tout Terrain frames?
We stand by our engineering. Our steel frames come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects, ensuring your expedition gear is built to last.
Are the bikes shipped fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals. We recommend a professional bike shop perform the final safety check.
What is your return policy for accessories and gear?
Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-configured bicycles are subject to specific restocking fees.
Can I test ride a Tout Terrain bike before purchasing?
